What is Skilled Trades Career Coaches? 

HIEC-ApprenticeSearch.com’s  Skilled Trades Career Coaches event connected young people interested in the trades with adult mentors who are currently skilled trades professionals.

It was an opportunity for young people to hear directly from those who are working in the trades, and for trades professionals to pass on their knowledge and expertise to the next generation. 

Attendees had a chance to: 

• Hear from inspirational spotlight speakers from a variety of sectors; 
• Connect directly in breakout rooms for networking and mentorship; 
• Learn about upcoming programs and services that will help young people take the next steps in their career – and employers hire their next generation workforce!
