Men as Career Coaches (MACC) is an informal and interactive event, designed to involve a variety of male mentors from different occupational pathways to help young men become better informed about the many options available to them. This event includes many exciting elements, but its focus is placed on sharing career experiences, insights, and journeys with attendees.

This event represents an opportunity for the Halton community to come together for open and honest conversations about occupational pathways, post-secondary destinations, and work/life balance. Career aspirations are unique to a young person’s goals and interests, and our career-coaching model encourages the entire community to play a role in providing youth with the information and resources necessary to make informed career decisions.
