We know that parents and other adult allies play an important role in supporting students’ career exploration. In a sample of surveys filled out by students at HIEC’s Career Development Lab, 76% listed family members as their top choice for accessing career-related information. 

This Parents as Career Coaches resource hub is a place for young people and the adults in their lives to explore resources that will support optimistic and productive career conversations about the world of work.
